Walgreens has a savings program similar to CVS Extra Bucks (see my CVS deal picks post). Its called Register Rewards. Works the same way (prints coupon on receipt for next purchase) except you don't need a savings card. Its automatic if you purchase qualifying items. My picks this week don't include any Register Rewards, unfortunately, but they are good deals none the less. Find Walgreens coupons in their circular and/or their website and combine with newspaper coupons and/or coupons from the coupon.com link found on my site. Here are my picks this week.
Pedia Care select fever reducer, cold or allergy relief or infant drops - use $5 off coupon in Walgreens ad plus $2 off coupon found in my coupon.com link = free!! A must if you have a little one. Print more than one manufacturer's coupon, you can purchase up to three with the Walgreens coupon.
Kellogg's Cereal or Pop-tarts select varieties $1.99 plus use $1 off 3 coupon from Sunday paper, Kelloggs.com or my coupon.com link = $1.66 per box!
Puffs select boxes 99 cents with Walgreens coupon, plus 50 cent off 2 coupon from Sunday paper = 74 cents per box!
Dawn select dish soaps 99 cents with Walgreens coupon plus 25c off 1 coupon = 74 cents!
Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner select varieties buy one at $2.99 get one free, plus use $1 off 2 coupon from newspaper and pay only 99c each!
Lysol Disinfectant Wipes select varieties buy one at $3.99 get one free, plus use $1 off 2 coupon from paper and pay only $1.49 each!
Colgate Total Advanced Toothpaste 5.8oz buy one at $4.29 get one free, plus use 2 $1 off 1 coupons from paper and pay only $1.14 each!
Salt & Baking Soda 2/$1 with Walgreens coupon.
As with any of my "top picks", these are not the only good deals to be found, just my top picks. Check their ad or website for more!

I've been looking for a listing of stockpile prices for staple items. If you happen to see one, will you share? I have some memorized, but it would be nice to get it "on paper".
At the risk of sounding stupid, what exactly do you mean? lol Are you talking like what the average prices of items are so you can know when it really is a good deal...?

Basically, yes. For example, cereal for $1 or less is a good deal, laundry detergent for 7 cents per load or less, less than 8 cents per garbage bag, $0 for toothpaste or floss, $1.99 for my husband's razor (Gillette fusion), etc.
