If you don't already have one, sign up for an Extra Care Card at CVS. It's free, only takes a few minutes and you need it to get the good deals. You can earn Extra Bucks on a lot of sale items each week. Extra Bucks print as a coupon on your receipt for you to use on future CVS purchases. I usually do two purchases at CVS if I'm buying enough stuff. I purchase anything that will give me Extra Bucks (EB) first. Then I use my EBs toward my second purchase (if I earned 10 EBs in my first purchase, I get $10 off my second purchase). There are some exclusions (gift cards, liquor, etc.) You should visit their website or look at a circular ad for complete details. Combine with manufacturer's coupons for big savings!
Here's what I like at CVS this week.
Gallon Milk 1.99 after 1EB
Select Pepsi 12 packs 4/$10 after 3EB
Scott Paper Towels 6 mega = like 9 rolls $5.49 (like 61cents a roll on 9 rolls - cheaper than the off-brand at that big store we all shop at)
Select Windex & Pledge products 2/$6 plus spend $12 total and get 4EB plus use manufacturer's coupons from the coupon.com link on my page (often, you can print multiples of one coupon) get $1 off two Windex and 75 cents off one Pledge (x2) Like getting 4 of these products for $1.38 each!!
Select Easter Candy spend $10 get 3EB plus use Nestle and Wonka coupons from my coupon link for extra savings!
RevitaLens Contact Solution Only $3.89 after 4EB, use $3 manufacturer's coupon in March 6 Sunday paper - like getting it for only 89 cents!!! wow - I love the under $1 and freebie deals!
Free Stroller with purchase of $25 of select baby products (which are on sale) (Huggies, J&J, etc)
There are many more good deals if you check out their circular, but these are my top picks.

Hey Jessica! I'm not sure if you saw it, but if you have the B1G1 and the $1/1 for Pledge that was in the paper this week, you can get all 4 for free! I still need to see if I have these coupons, but I saw it on another website.
Thanks, Amber! I actually have two of my own but I must have missed it this past Sunday. Wasn't sure if there were any recent ones for those who haven't been saving coupons like us!
So...I don't have those coupons! hmmm... Oh well, I didn't really need Pledge anyway. ha!
There are a couple of pledge coupons on the coupon.com link on my page! Had 2 of the B1G1, but forgot I used one at WalMart last time I ran out. Wish I would have saved it, now I only have one! There is a 75c off one in March Family Circle.
Bummer! I didn't have those coupons. :-(
